Construction of the new Saint-Laurent School has officially begun.
Groupe CIBS, having been awarded the contract following the public tender process, is proud to take part in the expansion and redevelopment project of École Saint-Laurent in Brossard.
On June 27, 2025, the CSS Marie-Victorin held the official groundbreaking ceremony, marking the launch of this major project.
Funded by an investment of nearly $28 million from the Government of Québec, the new two-storey wing will add 16 classrooms, modern collaborative spaces, and a new staff room.
The existing building will be redesigned to include a learning commons, a motor skills room, a teaching kitchen, a multipurpose hall, a music room, and a visual arts classroom.
The schoolyard will undergo a full revitalization, and an expanded parking area with greenspaces will enhance the surrounding environment.
This large-scale project will provide students and staff with a modern, safe, and inspiring educational setting.
