Mirabel, Team Leduc begins construction of Station 2L
The building, covering 122,190 square feet across six floors and a subterranean level for parking, storage, and a courtyard, will offer 164 apartments in various sizes: 1 1/2, 2 1/2, 3 1/2, 4 1/2, and 5 1/2. Each apartment will be equipped with appliances and a heat pump. The complex will feature meticulous landscaping with abundant vegetation and a façade that provides privacy, creating a pleasant and soothing environment for future residents.
Inside the building, various recreational facilities will be available, including a modern gym, a pool table room, and a common lounge, encouraging interaction among tenants.
The goal is to create a stimulating and friendly environment where socialization is encouraged while respecting the privacy of each occupant. The building has received the APH Select rating, making it 40% more energy-efficient than the National Energy Code for Buildings.
The building is expected to be completed by summer 2026.
