Mirabel, August 22 2019 Building delivered by CIBS in Spring 2019. Residence for seniors coping with loss of autonomy, the building was designed by CB Architect and completed in two phases. Independent wings of 10 rooms each offer their own dining and living rooms, thus limiting resident movements. Personalized and intimate design allows to accommodate and group residents according to their specific needs. The 3 storey, 90, 000 sq. ft. building with two cemented inner courtyards to facilitate movement of persons with reduced mobility, surrounded with accessible balconies on each floor becomes Group Shemie’s most important project.
