This amount was officially donated to the Véro & Louis Foundation on September 30, 2025.

On June 27, 2025, the CSS Marie-Victorin held the official groundbreaking ceremony, marking the launch of this major project.
Funded by an investment of nearly $28 million from the Government of Québec, the new two-storey wing will add 16 classrooms, modern collaborative spaces, and a new staff room.
The existing building will be redesigned to include a learning commons, a motor skills room, a teaching kitchen, a multipurpose hall, a music room, and a visual arts classroom.
The schoolyard will undergo a full revitalization, and an expanded parking area with greenspaces will enhance the surrounding environment.
This large-scale project will provide students and staff with a modern, safe, and inspiring educational setting.

This major project, representing an investment of nearly $23 million, includes the construction of a new multifunctional pavilion, a modern pool with a wading area and water features, as well as a refrigerated and covered skating rink. The redevelopment also provides for an inclusive playground, a teen zone designed in collaboration with more than 150 local youth, a synthetic-turf soccer field, and new illuminated universal pathways. The entire site will also benefit from upgraded urban furniture and an enhanced tree canopy, transforming Pie-X Park into a modern, safe, and welcoming space for the entire community.

It was a fantastic day of golf, featuring impeccable organization in the stunning setting provided by Golf Le Mirage.

The evening included a royal-worthy dinner, a live auction full of excitement, and we had the pleasure of witnessing the reveal of the total amount raised: just over half a million dollars. Giving back feels incredible—try it and see for yourself!

The event featured eight teams competing in a friendly and competitive atmosphere.

Congratulations to the winning teams: Les Entreprises Électriques A&R, who took first place, as well as MG Construction and Groupe CIBS, both of whom secured third place. Your performances were outstanding!

Thanks to your support and commitment, we were pleased to present a check for $34,915.54 to the Véro & Louis Foundation on September 10th. The mission of the Véro & Louis Foundation is to create permanent and adapted living environments for autistic individuals aged 21 and over, whether or not they have an intellectual disability.

Special mention to the three winning teams for generously donating their bursaries to the Foundation, significantly boosting the total amount raised. This is truly commendable!

A big thank you to all our volunteers, players, and visitors—you made this event a great success. We look forward to seeing you next year for the 4th edition!

This construction project, which will begin in September 2024, will take two years to complete and aims to meet the growing needs of the local population. Groupe CIBS has won the bid to lead this new construction, bringing its recognized expertise in large-scale projects.
The new building will have two floors, housing 30 modern classrooms and a double gymnasium. In addition to the indoor facilities, special attention will be given to the outdoor areas. The landscaped yard will feature playgrounds and relaxation areas, with small paths allowing students to stretch their legs during breaks.
Initially, this new school will temporarily accommodate students from the area while major renovations take place in their current schools. Eventually, it will permanently welcome its own students, thus enhancing the region’s educational offerings.

Each apartment will be equipped with appliances and a heat pump. The complex will feature meticulous landscaping with abundant vegetation and a façade that provides privacy, creating a pleasant and soothing environment for future residents.

Inside the building, various recreational facilities will be available, including a modern gym, a pool table room, and a common lounge, encouraging interaction among tenants.

The goal is to create a stimulating and friendly environment where socialization is encouraged while respecting the privacy of each occupant. The building has received the APH Select rating, making it 40% more energy-efficient than the National Energy Code for Buildings.

The building is expected to be completed by summer 2026.

Just before the start of the 2024 school year, Groupe CIBS delivered the EHDAA building to the Mille-Îles School Board. This school was designed to meet the needs of students with disabilities or those experiencing adaptation or learning difficulties.

More than just a building, it is a space designed for accessibility, autonomy, and the well-being of all. When architecture becomes a vehicle for equality and progress.
